Everything guests usually ask before visiting — heat rooms, booking, ordering, and what to expect.
Sauna & Steam Therapy
Sauna & Steam Therapy
Ages 18+: full, independent booking access. Ages 14–17: welcome to use the saunas with a signed parental waiver, and an adult or guardian must accompany them on-site. Under 14: not permitted in the saunas due to heat tolerance safety guidelines.
The parental waiver is completed through our online booking system when you book, and is signed by a parent or legal guardian at that time. The guest must still be accompanied on-site by an adult or guardian during the visit.
Heat therapy isn't suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, have heart or blood-pressure conditions, diabetes, a history of fainting, are taking medication that affects heat tolerance, or have any other medical concern, please consult your physician before booking. If you feel dizzy, nauseous or unwell at any time, leave the room, cool down and let our team know.
Everyone's tolerance is different. Start with shorter sessions, listen to your body, and exit whenever you feel uncomfortable. Take cool-down breaks between rounds.
Drink water before and after, avoid alcohol before your session, shower beforehand if you can, and don't use the heat rooms immediately after a heavy meal.
The traditional sauna is high, dry heat, with the option to ladle water on the stones for bursts of steam. The infrared sauna warms your body directly at a lower air temperature, so it feels gentler. The Himalayan salt sauna is a salt-lined sauna room with a warm, calm atmosphere. The steam room is moist heat, finished with a rainfall shower.
A swimsuit or towel as appropriate, a water bottle, and flip-flops if you like. Ask our team about what's provided when you book.
